Mass concreting
Subways, dams or other projects with high demand on the concrete structure as large foundations require mass concreting. When pouring mass concrete, it is essential to monitor the curing process to control the overall strength development, follow the internal temperature differences, and act accordingly, as cracks and overall low product quality can result in enormous repair costs.
How?
Using several devices with Type K Thermocouples also covers vast concrete elements. The devices are set up in different positions to measure temperature and calculate the strength development. Alarms are set up in the software to monitor the internal temperature differences further to take action before cracks occur.
Monitoring the curing ensures high quality and safe construction while reducing unnecessary precautions and redundant waiting time.
Key benefits
- Get real-time insights into the curing status at various positions
- Follow and control internal temperature differences
- Access the data independent from your location
- Automatic documentation and proven product quality
