In this article, you will learn how to change the starting and stopping time of your monitorings. In the video below, we explain to you how to adjust the starting time in a monitoring. To learn how to stop it or suspend a data point read the instructions below the video.
Change the start time of a monitoring
- Click on “Casts” in the menu
- Find the cast you want to edit and open it by clicking on the Cast Name
- Find the monitoring you want to change the start time on and click on “Data Editor”
- Locate the start time you want to use
- Option 1: Hover over the graph and click on the appropriate data point to highlight it in the table
- Option 2: Scroll the table to find the appropriate data point
- Once you have located the desired start time, click on “Set start”. The button changes into a green āStartedā button and the graph is updated
- Click on “Save and Update” in the top
- Confirm the changes by ticking the checkbox and click on “Save”
Do Step 3-7 for every monitoring you want to change the start time of
Change the stop time of a monitoring
- Click on “Casts” in the menu
- Find the cast you want to edit and open it by clicking on the Cast Name
- Find the monitoring you want to change the stop time on and click on “Data Editor”
- Locate the stop time you want to use
- Option 1: Hover over the graph and click on the appropriate data point to highlight it in the table
- Option 2: Scroll the table to find the appropriate data point
- Once you have located the desired stop time, click on “Set stop”. The button changes into a red āStoppedā button and the graph is updated
- Click on “Save and Update” in the top
- Confirm the changes by ticking the checkbox and click on “Save”.

Suspend a data point from a monitoring
- Click on “Casts” in the menu
- Find the cast you want to edit and open it by clicking on the Cast Name
- Find the monitoring you want to suspend a data point from and click on “Data Editor”
- Locate the data point(s) you want to suspend
- Option 1: Hover over the graph and click on the appropriate data point to highlight it in the table
- Option 2: Scroll the table to find the appropriate data point
- Once you have located the relevant data point(s), click on “Suspend”. The button changes to an āIncludeā button and the graph is updated
- Click on “Save and Update” in the top
- Confirm the changes by ticking the checkbox and click on “Save”
