How to create, edit, and archive a project

How to create a new project

  1. Click on Projects in the menu
  2. Click on New project in the top right corner
  3. Fill out the pop-up box
    • Project Name: Title of the project
    • Project Tags: Add relevant tags*
    • Project Description: Description of the project
    • Project Location: Write the address of your project location, enter the GPS-coordinates (use this format: 55.403631, 10.375644) or click on the map
  4. Click on Create

* The first tag can be used to group projects (e.g by type) on the Projects page. If you wish to activate this functionality, you can go to your User Settings and turn on this functionality. Once you activate it, the projects will be shown sorted by tags on the Projects page.

How to edit a project

  1. Click onĀ ProjectsĀ in the menu
  2. Open the project you want to edit by clicking on its title
  3. Click on Project Settings in the menu
  4. Perform the changes
  5. Click onĀ Save changes
You cannot change the location of a project after creation. If you entered an incorrect project location, create a new project.

How to archive a project

  1. Click onĀ ProjectsĀ in the menu
  2. Open the project you want to remove by clicking on its title
  3. Click on Project Settings in the menu
  4. Click onĀ Archive Project and confirm
If you have devices allocated to the project, you need toĀ remove the devicesĀ from the project before you can archive it.

To see your archived projects, click on the Archived tab in the top of the Projects page.

How to revive a project

  1. Click onĀ ProjectsĀ in the menu
  2. Click on the Archived tab in the top
  3. Click onĀ Revive and confirm
