Return of devices

When returning devices, you have two options to choose from. 

a. You handle shipping

1. Send us the list of device ID’s and we will send you a reference number. 
2. Write the reference number (that we have sent you) in a visible place on the package.
3. Ship the products back to our address below:

• Street: Wichmandsgade 1, 1st floor left  

• Postcode and city: 5000 Odense C, 

• Country: DK-Denmark.

b. We handle shipping (for a fee)

1. Send us a list of device ID’s + Packing info (size, weight & content), + the address where the package can be collected. 
2. Then you will receive all the shipping documents needed to be attached to the package.
3. The courier will come and pick up the package at the given location.
