Maturix is a system for wireless and real-time concrete monitoring. The system measures the concrete temperature using affordable, standard temperature probes (type K thermocouples) and transmits the data to the cloud using a modern, low power and long-range IoT network (Sigfox). The data is processed in the cloud and can be accessed from any device, anywhere, at any time.
Using the temperature history, the concrete maturity is automatically calculated, and the early-age concrete strength of the actual in-place concrete is assessed. The strength estimation is based on a calibration curve for each specific concrete mix, which needs to be added by the user.
Maturix records, monitors, and notifies the users on the actual status of the concrete, which reduces risks, increases efficiency and saves time and money.
