How to reverse the cable polarity

In case you have assembled the thermocouple plug wrong (switched plus and minus) you can use the Data Editor to reverse the cable polarity.

  1. Open the cast report
  2. Click on Data Editor on the monitoring you would like to edit
  3. In the top right corner, check the box Reverse cable polarity (this updates the data and graph)
  4. Click on Save changes in the top right corner
  5. In the pop-up box, confirm your changes and click on Save changes

You are automatically returned to the cast report and the polarity has been changed.
